Danielle Farrell

Hygienist

I qualified in 1977 while serving in the WRN, at HMS Nelson in Portsmouth, my hygienist career has spanned many years, when I first qualified patients accepted that they would lose their teeth, often through gum disease, as their parents had before them, Dentistry has advanced significantly, and patients now expect to keep their teeth.

The role of the Hygienist is to work with the patient to treat gum disease, and stabilize gum disease, working with the patient to gain results is very rewarding.

In my spare time I have re discovered knitting, since the arrival of my Grandson. I walk a lot as we have a crazy cockerpoo who needs plenty of exercise, I read too, always thrillers my exercise is gym, swimming which I actually enjoy.

We are happy to say that we are open throughout lockdown
