National Smile Month is coming to Cheltenham, as Claydon Dental will be holding a special event as part of the UK’s biggest oral health campaign.
Taking place from 14th May to 14th June, National Smile Month aims to promote and raise awareness of good oral health, and Claydon Dental is getting involved to help achieve this.
To help promote Nation Smile Month Claydon Dental will be inviting Frozen’s Elsa to the practice to provide an exciting, child-friendly, introduction to dentistry.
It’s hard enough trying to inspire adults to visit the dentist so we have pulled out all the stops to help encourage your child or children to take their dental health seriously and make a visit to the dentist an exciting experience to look forward to, not to be scared of.
Elsa and a balloon modeller will be on hand to show them around and explain the basics of looking after their teeth and receive a goody bag of dental basics to get them started.
CEO of the Oral Health Foundation, Dr Nigel Carter OBE, said: “I’m delighted that Claydon Dental is giving their support to National Smile Month. It is a great reflection of their local community spirit and an excellent way to promote good oral health.”
The event will be held on Wednesday the 30th of May 2018 between the hours of 10:30am-12:30pm at Claydon Dental Cheltenham on Rodney Road in the heart of Cheltenham, so bring your child or children and get their dental health off to the right start.
