In order to get the lips you desire but maintain a natural look, our qualified clinicians will clarify your goals, assess your face (particularly the lower face) and then convey their thoughts on how plump, wide and full your lips can go while still looking really natural.

We want to make sure you are 100% comfortable with how your lips are going to look, so that you can go away feeling the best version of yourself, full of confidence and happy to show off your new luscious lips.

Once you’ve decided lip fillers are for you, your treatment will follow and only takes around 30 minutes. Firstly our clinician will numb the area around your lips with a local anaesthetic and then carefully inject the dermal fillers into your lips, before gently massaging the filler to create your desired result.

There are different types of lip filler treatment, and we use hyaluronic acid filler. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring acid which is already present in your skin, which adds volume to thin lips.

Having lip injections may seem a little daunting to some, but try not to worry, you’ll be in safe hands with our clinicians, who will do everything to make you feel at ease and leave the surgery feeling happy with the results.

More about Lip Fillers

Lip fillers aren’t permanent, and typically last around 6 - 9 months before you might want to book another appointment to get them topped up.

Lip fillers are not overly painful as there are no cuts or stitches required, however you may feel some slight discomfort and a tiny scratch as the needle goes into your lips, followed by a slight stinging sensation as the filler goes in.

Lip fillers don’t come cheap, and you can pay anywhere from £200 - £1,500 a pop. You will also need to factor in that you will most likely want to top up the lip filler every 6 - 9 months.

You want to make sure you get your lip filler treatment from a reputable doctor, and the price depends on where you go, the amount of filler you require, and the type of filler you get.

If you have unwanted lines or wrinkles on your face, then anti-wrinkle injections could be an option. Medically approved and administered at one of our regulated medical practices with an aesthetic doctor, we can target the wrinkles you don't want and smooth them out using anti-wrinkle injections.

There’s always going to be a risk of side effects or complications with any invasive treatment, however the majority are not very severe. You may experience some swelling and bruising, bleeding or redness around the treatment area.

Post treatment your lips will feel a little swollen and hard, however this will subside and in no time you will have the lips you’ve always desired.

We’re sorry to say but we wouldn’t recommend kissing for at least 24 hours after having lip fillers, firstly as your lips may be a little tender still, but also because you don’t want to risk moving the filler inside the lips. You should also be gentle whilst washing your skin for 24 hours after treatment, avoiding exfoliators and rough brushes.

Lip fillers will dissolve naturally after 6 - 9 months, however if you wish to have a treatment to dissolve the fillers sooner you may get some swelling for up to 72 hours after. Your lips will then return to their natural state after a few days.
